Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

UK Orders:
- All orders within the UK are shipped free of charge via Royal Mail standard parcel 2nd class and will arrive in 3-5 days.
- For faster delivery, Royal Mail standard parcel 1st class is available at a cost of £3.50.

If you will not be available to receive your parcel, you can specify an alternative delivery address when placing your order.

Overseas Orders:
- Standard delivery via airmail is available for £16.00, with an estimated delivery time of up to 14 working days.
- Please note that for overseas orders, delivery is only possible to your billing address.

Returns or Exchanges:

If you find that your product is not in satisfactory condition or unusable for any reason, please return it within 7 days of purchase to the following address:
